Organ vessely capacity function with excitation of structures of the medulla ventral parts

The work is aimed at studying the capacity and resistive functions of the vein vessels of the spleen, lever and lungs when activating the structures of the medulla ventral parts before and after the change of the circulating blood (moderate hypo- and hypervolemia) by the electrical current. The qualitative relations between the indicators of the capacity, resistive and exchange functions of vessels of the spleen, lever and lungs have been revealed with the electrical stimulation of the structures of the medulla ventral sections. The neurogenic sendings from the brain structures influence on the blood filling of the studied regions to a different degree while the effectiveness of these influences on the ventral vessels resistance is practically the same. The mechanisms of the influence of the medulla ventral sections structures with their electrical stimulation on the shifts of the conjugated functions of the spleen, lever and lungs vessels have been specified. The results of the investigations have been used in the Higher Schools lecture courses.
