SYSTEMATIC HEMODYNAMICS IN COMBINATION OF APPLICATION OF THE SYMPATHETIC AND PARASYMPATHETIC STIMULA

The object of investigation: the hot pedigreed she- and he-cats. The work is aimed at studying the character and values of variations of indicators of the systemic hemodynamics and the heart activity in responce to the combined stimulation of the heart vegetative nerves and the intravin introduction of its mediators. First it has been shown, that in potentiation of the brake parasympathetic effect on the heart with the simultaneous stimulation of the vagus nerve and stellate ganglion, mainly the alphaadrenergic mechanisms take part; under these conditions, the impact volume and the work of the heart increase significantly. The experimental materials, obtained in the investigation, can serve as the base for understanding the mechanisms of the combined action of the medicinal preparations on the cardiovascular system, and contribute to further study of the neuro-humoral mechanisms of regulation of the blood-circulating system. The information about the character of interaction of the indicators of the systematic hemodynamics and heart activity in response to the combined application of the neurohumoral stimula have been obtained.
