Abstrakt: S použitím nízkoteplotní luminiscence byly studovány energetické hladiny spojené s defekty v krystalech CdTe nominálně nedopovaných, dopovaných indiem a dopovaných chlorem. Krystaly jsou určeny pro detektory rentgenového a gama záření pracující při pokojové teplotě. Byl sledován vliv žíhání v parách kadmia nebo teluru na spektra luminiscence. Některé změny spekter lze interpretovat zaplňováním vakancí nejen atomy z plynné fáze, ale i příměsemi uvolňovanými při žíhání z intersticiálních poloh a z defektů typu precipitáty, inkluze, hranice zrn apod.
