POSTURE UNIVERSAL NURSES AND MIDWIFES AT WHOLELIFE EDUCATION IN FIELD In the end of the year 2006 I maked research at the nurses and midwifes in a 3 hospitals in Prague. I was interested in your attitude and your interest in your education in branch, in your conditions with study. In the passage teoretical I described the theory of adults education, importance of qualification and the profession competence for a work of the nurses and midwifes. I put brain to present systems of lifetime education in the Czech Republic. The finál numerical dates showed the high interest in their education. The nurses and midwifes to consider your education as a more important they are mostly registrated,quiet a few of them dont know the relevance of the word registration. The nurses and midwifes are satisfield with this conditions of education. From their employers they would like to grant a fmancial contribution for the seminars and a possibility to educated in your working time.POSTOJ VŠEOBECNÝCH SESTER A PORODNÍCH ASISTENTEK K CELOŽIVOTNÍMU VZDĚLÁVÁNÍ V OBORU V závěru roku 2006 jsem prováděla výzkumné šetření u zdravotních sester a porodních asistentek ve třech zdravotnických zařízeních v Praze. Zajímala jsem se o jejich postoj a zájem o kontinuální vzdělávání v oboru, o jejich podmínky při studiu. V teoretické části práce jsem popsala teorii vzdělávání dospělých, důležitost kvalifikace a profesních kompetencí pro práci všeobecných sester a porodních asistentek, dále jsem se věnovala současnému systému celoživotního vzdělávání v České republice. Výsledné hodnoty empirické části ukázaly vysoký zájem o vzdělávání u sester i porodních asistentek. Sestry i porodní asistentky pokládají kontinuální vzdělávání za důležité, jsou již většinou registrované, řada z nich však nezná význam registrace. S podmínkami při vzdělávání jsou sestry a porodní asistentky spíše spokojené.
