44 Abstrakt Četnost vybraných genetických polymorfismů cytochromu P450 v české populaci a vliv genotypu CYP2C9 na hypolipidemické působení fluvastatinu Úvod: Jedním z hlavních faktorů geneticky podmíněné variability v odpovědi organismu na podané léčivo je rozdílná katalytická aktivita enzymů metabolizujících léčiva, způsobená zejména genetickými polymorfismy enzymů rodiny cytochromu P450. Předkládaná disertační práce zpracovává toto téma ve dvou navazujících okruzích a to formou komentáře k vlastním originálním publikacím.
