Definitely dated, ephemeral and circumstantial, the paper considers the concept of event (événement) during the pandemic of the new covid-19 SARS-2 in the world, listening from the cloister experience springing out of quarantine in a small apartment in Copacabana. The recent and sudden need to describe illness experience by philosophers, sociologists, anthropologists and intellectuals has been envisaged as a paradox: the search for solutions and the perception of their impossibility emerge simultaneously. The status of today's philosophical reflections concerning the end of all things is mentioned through an essayistic and non-exhaustive way. The issue of anthropocene and zoonosis is addressed in this context of change, where modes, an insurmountable etymology of the modern project, are confronted with eschatological impasses and altogether with the postponement of the end of the world.Absolutamente datado, efêmero e circunstancial o presente texto é uma reflexão que parte do conceito de acontecimento, durante a pandemia do new covid-19 SARS-2 no mundo, verificada a partir do claustro de um pequeno apartamento em Copacabana. O texto descreve a súbita necessidade de descrição da experiência de doença por filósofos, sociólogos, antropólogos e intelectuais a partir de um paradoxo: a busca de soluções e a percepção de sua impossibilidade emergem simultaneamente. O estatuto das reflexões filosóficas hodiernas sobre o fim de todas as coisas é mencionado de modo ensaístico e não exaustivo. A questão do antropoceno e das zoonoses é tematizada neste contexto de modificação, aonde os modos, etimologia insuperável do projeto moderno, se confrontam com impasses escatológicos e de adiamento do fim do mundo
