We investigated whether foraging patterns of lactating northern fur seals (Callorhinus ursinus) from two breeding colonies located in different oceanographic domains of the eastern Bering Sea (St. Paul Island--shelf; Bogoslof Island--oceanic) were a function of submesoscale oceanographic features.
