ANALISIS PREDIKSI POTENSI KEBANGKRUTAN PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN BATUBARA YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This research aims to determine the prediction of the potential bankruptcy of coal sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Zmijewski model. The Zmijewski model uses three ratio analysis that measure profitability, leverage and liquidity. The data in this study were obtained from financial reports by accessing the company's website and the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis model used the Zmijewski formula or commonly known as X Score. The results showed that as many as four of the nineteen research samples, PT Atlas Resources Tbk and PT Bumi Resources Tbk were in a distress zone or had the potential to bankruptcy. PT Bayan Resources Tbk and PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk were able to improve their financial performance during the study period, while fifteen other companies were in the safe zone or not bankrupt
