Relativistic jets, although ubiquitous in the Universe, have not yet delivered all their secrets. On the contrary, some of the most fundamental questions of the field remain unanswered. The ejection mechanism at the origin of the emission is still unknown, characterising it precisely would lift the veil on the nature of the intimate link between ejection and accretion of matter. I describe in this manuscript a study aiming to reproduce five radio-X spectra of a microquasar, MAXI J1836-194, using an internal shocks model.
