Las organizaciones y redes autónomas de base constituyen la parte más dinámica y con un crecimiento más rápido del sector no gubernamental en China. Sin embargo, pocos estudios se han centrado en definir, categorizar y determinar las funciones sociopolíticas de estas pequeñas organizaciones.
