The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to imprint a business idea of the establishment of a law firm as a limited liability company in a business plan template, and then clarify, analyze and describe the risks arising in connection with such a business plan proposal. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical, part is based on a research of the relevant literature. The theoretical part is the starting point for the elaboration of the practical part. The second, practical, part contains a compiled business plan and the analysis of its risks.
