Business Plan Draft and Analysis of its Risks

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to imprint a business idea of the establishment of a law firm as a limited liability company in a business plan template, and then clarify, analyze and describe the risks arising in connection with such a business plan proposal. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical, part is based on a research of the relevant literature. The theoretical part is the starting point for the elaboration of the practical part. The second, practical, part contains a compiled business plan and the analysis of its risks. Relevant methods and analyzes were used in compiling the business plan - SMART, SLEPT, Porter's five forces, SWOT and the 4P marketing mix. The risk analysis identified business-related risks, the likelihood that they would actually occur, the consequences of such a situation, the worst-case scenario that could occur, and the preventive and corrective measures of this situation.Cílem této bakalářské práce je vtisknout podnikatelský záměr založení advokátní kanceláře ve formě společnosti s ručením omezeným do písemné podoby ve formě šablony podnikatelského plánu, a následně objasnit, analyzovat a popsat rizika, obje-vující se v souvislosti s takovým návrhem podnikatelského plánu. Bakalářská práce je složena ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První, teoretická, část je opřena o re-šerši příslušné odborné literatury. Teoretická část je východiskem pro zpracování části praktické. Druhá, praktická, část obsahuje sestavený podnikatelský plán a ana-lýzu jeho rizik. V rámci sestavování podnikatelského plánu bylo využito relevantních metod a analýz – metody SMART, SLEPT analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil, SWOT analýzy a marketingového mixu 4P. V rámci analýzy rizik byla identifikována rizika související s podnikáním, pravděpodobnost, že skutečně nastanou, důsledky takové situace, nejhorší možný scénář, ke kterému by mohlo dojít, i preventivní a nápravná opatření této situace
