This thesis focuses on a creation of the business plan of a wedding agency. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of individual parts of the business plan. In the practical part I will apply this knowledge to a specific foundation project, with a regard to the functioning principles of wedding agencies in our country and also to competitor analysis. The result is a unique business plan, which should succeed in current real conditions.
