Thesis deals with the personal identity of Czech and Russian employees, how they perceive organizational identity in terms of values and deals with their degree of identification with the organization in which they work. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the content of personal and organizational identity differs for both nationalities and the relationship between conformity and the degree of identification with the organization.
