E- Room Reservation System for Good Stay Apartment Unijaya

E-Room Reservation System for Good Stay Apartment Unijaya is a record management system that will be used by the admin of Good Stay Apartment. This system will assist the admin in terms of managing the room reservation and helps the student to make reservation through online. Currently, they are using the traditional method for dealing with all the record keeping and hence have an adverse effect on the efficiency of the reservation process. The admin tends to lose the student’s reservation forms. Besides that, the admin also encounters difficulties in analyzing the application forms because it is a tedious process. The student too will have to come over to fill up the forms in order to make the reservation which is also quite inconvenient. Because if the admin could not find for the file which has the record of occupied room, the student will have to wait for the owner to contact them back through WhatsApp or phone call. By proposing this system, it helps both the admin and student to manage the reservations and efficiently make reservation through online respectively. The methodology that is used to develop this proposed system is Rapid Application Development (RAD)
