This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate , work motivation, work experience, and career development on work productivity of employees at BPRS Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga and BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study using 64 questionnaires that can be processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.
