The article focuses on the professional experience of young adults, which are analysed in the context of a professional career. The theoretical framework of the analysis consists of two theories of career, namely that of Edgar Schein and that of Donald Super, the latter of whom combines human professional development with role and situational factors. The studies were conducted in the qualitative paradigm with the use of individual case study method (quasi-biographical interview).
