Indonesian property rights can only be owned by Indonesian citizens, while foreign nationals are limited. Therefore, Indonesian citizens can have ownership rights to the land as evidenced by the marriage agreement governed by the constitutional court ruling No. 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015.The purpose of this study is to determine the legal protection of ownership of land rights for Indonesian citizens who have mixed marriages by making marriage agreements and efforts that can be made by Indonesian citizens who have been involved in mixed marriages to maintain ownership rights over land after the adoption of the Court's Decision Constitution Number 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015 in Badung Regency.The legal research method used is empirical with qualitative analysis methods. The results of this study are Indonesian citizens who have conducted mixed marriages in Badung regency by making marriage agreements that have been registered during the marriage can obtain ownership rights in accordance with applicable regulations, besides that they can submit efforts to maintain ownership rights to the land that has been in his name by relinquishing rights before a notary public. on the basis of ownership rights become joint property then marriage agreements made during marriage can apply for rights
