This study aims to find out the role of work ethics, organizational culture, and work discipline on Employee Performance at PT Balai Lelang Bali in Denpasar. This research is included in the associative causality research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bali Lelang Bali with 37 people. Because the total population is 37 people, all of them become respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques.
