El envejecimiento es un proceso natural asociado a un deterioro fisiológico y donde las emociones se ven también afectadas por el mismo. El ejercicio físico ha demostrado ser una herramienta útil en personas adultas mayores para ayudar a combatir los cambios asociados al proceso de envejecimiento.
