Objective: To determine the effect of an Integrated Program of Physical Activity (IPPA) on Perceived Health (PH) and Physical Condition (PC) of over 65 year-old adults. Method: we opted for a quasi-experimental design with an intervention program (PAFI) based on pretest and postest measures. The sample consisted of 26 older adults in the experimental group (GE) and 20 in the Control Group (CG). The PAFI was oriented to the development of physical and motor function, cognitive stimulation, psychological wellbeing and social relationship.
