The objective of this study is to explore the effectiveness of recruitment and selection functions in one of the service provide company in Kuala Lumpur. Recruitment and selection is a vital process or decision of a company, as we know employee is important asset of organization. Employee will effect the productivity and performance of an organization. Qualitative method is used to get deep understanding on this study. Semi-structured interview method and data analysis are the strategy to make sure that the collected data give impact in achieving the research objective.
