The main purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between informal learning methods and job satisfaction. The informal learning methods that concerned are mentoring method, coaching method and job rotation method as the independent variables while the dependent variable is the job satisfaction. A uantitative survey was carried out by using the questionnaires as the instrument for data collection and stratified random sampling methods was selected as sampling technique. Data was gathered from 9 branches of banks that selected at Waterfront area Kuching and the sample size is 190 which are include of all the front-desk employees.
