This report presents detailed measurements made in the anechoic chamber at IRC of the sound fields around human talkers. The measurements were made on behalf of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The sound field surrounding a human talker was measured simultaneously by two sets of eight microphones arranged at fixed positions on two fixed orthogonal meridian arcs in the anechoic chamber at IRC. The talker was positioned at the center of the two arcs of the microphone arrays.
