Frames for the Representation of the Contemporary Stage of Civilization Development / O. V. Punchenko

In the article is represented the essence of civilization as a stable systemic organization of social life that is capable to long-term autonomous existence and self-development and serving as a specific public process, which is realized in collective activities. The article substantiates the modern stage of the civilizational development as a techno-informational, the content of which is the resolution of conflicts of the technogenic civilization and the transition to the informational stage. This process represents a modern social frame. The essence of the two subframes is opened through the basic changes in the development of civilization and through the contents of three revolutions: STR, nanotechnological revolution, information-computer revolution. The second subframe is represented both directionality and strategic features of the processes of civilization. Обосновывается современный этап цивилизационного развития как техно-информационный, содержанием которого является разрешение противоречий техногенной цивилизации и подготовка к переходу в информационную. Этот процесс представлен в виде современного социального фрейма. Раскрывается сущность двух субфреймов: базисные изменения в развитии цивилизации через содержание трех революций: НТР, нанотехнологической и информационно-компьютерной. Второй субфрейм репрезентирован как направленность и стратегические особенности процесса цивилизации. В качестве особенностей этого субфрейма выделена глобализация с ее основной проблематикой
