Regional Sustainability in the Context of the Pandemic Economic Paradigm

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the concept of development sustainability in the aspect of critical changes in the economic environment of the regions caused by the prolonged nature of the impact of the coronovirus pandemic. In the process of revealing the systemic qualities of the regional economy, systematized approaches, reflecting the conditions and nature of sustainable development of the region in terms of the use of indicators of resistance, providing the adaptability of the system to the new pandemic economic reality. The author has identified the factors that form the anti-crisis potential of the regions in the conditions of constantly changing development contexts. They include the structural factors inherited by the economic system and the validity of the state management toolkit with regard to the point and focus of support measures for various spheres of the regional economy.В статье проведен комплексный анализ концепции устойчивости развития в аспекте критических изменений в хозяйственной среде регионов, вызванных пролонгированным характером влияния пандемии короновируса. В процессе выявления системных качеств региональной экономики систематизированы подходы, отражающие условия и характер обеспечения устойчивости развития региона с точки зрения использования индикаторов сопротивления, обеспечивающих приспосабливаемость системы к новой пандемийной хозяйственной реальности. Автором выделены факторы, формирующие антикризисный потенциал регионов в условиях постоянно меняющихся контекстов развития. К ним относятся унаследованные хозяйственной системой структурные факторы и валидность инструментария государственного управления в отношении точечности и направленности мер поддержки различных сфер региональной экономики
