Employees of Nonstop Autopesu, a washing center located in Helsinki, Finland, are currently facing a lack of professional motivation, which leads to a staff turnover and productivity decrease. This Bachelor’s thesis discusses what causes employee displeasure in the case company, and what could be done in order to increase employee professional motivation and improve the situation accordingly. The authors of the thesis are aimed at building a new motivation strategy in the organization based on needs and desires of actual employees.
