Absence of the system of motivation system that would satisfy company’s needs is one of the biggest problems in Lithuanian companies, but there is still not sufficient attention towards it in theoretical and practical levels. Managers should realize that well planned motivation system makes a big influence on employees; and employees should know how and what they are paid for.
