5 Copies of the award will be sent to the followings the recipient, Departmental Chairman or Unit Head, Business Manager, Dean of the Faculties, and President, 3 - In the final analysis the departmental chairman or unit head will be responsible for overseeing the disbursement of the funds for a given grant. Procedures for this supervision may be established by the individual department or unit and may vary from grant to grant, depending upon the items involved, the place of research and other factors. A statement showing totals of actual expenditures will be appended to the final report (description below), 4 4 - Final Report: At a time to be specified in the original application, each recipient will submit a final report summarizing the study and research accomplished, under the award. If a paper is produced or published, a copy will be attached to the final report. Copies of final reports will be lodged in the respective department or unit and the office of the Doan of the Faculties, and a brief confirmation report submitted to the A.P.T. for its minutes by the Department Chairman or unit head
