FACULTY MEETING DRAFT MINUTES ORIENTAL HALL 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 6, 1976 36 The Agenda was approved. 37 The minutes of the April 22 meeting were approved. 38 The Preliminary Budget for 1976/77 was presented by President Byrd. 39 Motion unanimously carried: It is the opinion of the Faculty of AUC that adequate compensation for faculty, staff and custodians should be included in the 1976/77 budget. 40 Motion unanimously carried: The Faculty of AUC expresses its consternation and concern with regard to the amount of university money involved in the UEEF and wish to be informed as to how these funds are being used. 41 Motion carried: The Faculty thanks the President for his report and concern and wishes him bon voyage. 42 Motion carried: It is the wish of the Faculty that the Budget Review Committee be involved in the preparation of the University Budget at an early stage. 43 Announcement: There will be a Faculty Meeting on Thursday, May 27, to elect Faculty officers for the Academic Year 1976/77. 44 The meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m
