withdrawn, for use during the summer (July and August)® DlgOmTAfPIOH BUhllhigin ♦ It is proposed to issue oceasionally an Information Bulletin which will he .sent to all missionaries to call their attention to hooks and periodicals in the University library which hear particularly upon themes or problems of special interest to missionaries in Mgypto This Bulletin will also give information as to developments of thought in the Moslem world which suggest study or research along given lines* 0IHCUT. ^TGnIRQ* leco^4'' ° special claims to consideration of missionaries out-of Cairo who cannot visit the University Library in person to enjoy its privileges, an experiment will be attempted in the direction of loaning books to missionaries outside of Cairo* The conditions are as follows* lo The missionary will engage to post tne book back to the University within two v/eeks of the time, it reaches his address, or pay P*T*2 for each day the book is overdue in being mailed* . 2. Tne University will pay postage for initial mailing; the missionary-will pay return postage. 3o In the event of the loss of the book either way the University and the missionary will divide the cost of the book. 4. Repeated delinquencies in observance of rules may involve with- ♦ draws1 of privileges. on of Procedure* Missionary will write for book (a) stating ’ acceptance of foregoing conditions (b) giving with accuracy his own name and mailing address (o) giving name and author of book desired, as noted in catalogue •r in Information Bulletin.
