MINUTES Minutes of meeting of June 27th were approved as typed. 1295. S.O.S. BUILDING - Secretary of the S.0*S. Building Committee pre- sented minutes of meeting of Sept. 19th, reporting the transaction of routine "business. 1296. FINANCE COMMITTEE - Secretary of Finance Committee presented minutes of meeting of Sept. 16th, reporting the transaction of routine business and recommending a revised Budget totalling £.16,999.283, so as to bring the Budget within the £.17,000 allowed by the Finance Committee in America. The revised Budget -was approved. 1297. 3U3UR3AN PROPERTY - Secretary of Suburban property Committee pre- sented minutes of meeting of July lith, reporting the transaction of routine business and recommending: (1) the termination of the contract with Hochi 3ey (2) to take over the operation of the farm under the direction of Mussad Eff. for next year with purchase of some new equipment whose cost, will be covered by increased income (3) the purchase of 15. calves, to be charged against operating costs. The recommendations were approved. 1298* DEAN 0? 3»0»S« - Chairman reported on steps that had been taken by the Educational Committee in America in negotiation with Dr. McCienahan with a view to his transfer from the office of Dean of the University to that of Dean of the S.0*S.
