minutes of council January 3 1931 0 - Presentt Dr Watson (in chair) MeClenahan, Cleland, Parker, Galt, Vandersall, Jeffery. Dr Watson opened with Prayer. 1 - Minutes* Minutes of Meeting of December 6th were approved as typed. 2 - Finance Committee* Secretary of Finance Committee presented Minutes of Meeting of Dec 2nd reporting the transaction of routine and recommending the payment of IE135 (half cost) for car for Mr Cleland,the amount to be darried as a charge against next year* s Budget• >3 - Uses of Property* Secretary of Committee on the Uses of Property presented Minutes of Meeting of Dec 9th, reporting the transaction of routine business. i4 - Property Committee* Secretary of Property Committee present Minutes of Meeting of December 8th, but as further discussion of several items was necessary they were held over till next meeting. - Committee on S 0 S Bldg* On the Chairmans nomination a Committee consisting of CIsland, Parker, McClenahan and Warner was appointed to work on the plans for the new SOS Building. - Mosaue ticketi The new year*s Mosque Ticket was committed to the charge of the Bursar, its use to be limited to the foreign members , of the Staff and their families. “ Acting Dean of Col lege i Mr McQuiston was appointed to be acting Dean of the College during the absence on furlough of Mr Galt • - ^d^numiaaafcti Council adjourned to meet on January 10th.
