268 (4) Teachers in the college have probably been too heavily loaded with class hours to do their best work. We must work toward the goal of having our college teachers limited to twelve hours of teaching or better to nine hours, so that they will be free to make maximum development of courses as well as grow professionally. With the present small staff our college teachers are clearly involved in an undue amount of administrative work or preparatory school teaching to produce their best results.
