Dieser Artikel behandelt das Verhältnis von Völkerrecht und nationalem Recht: auch wenn Art. Q des Grundgesetzes keine größere Änderungen im Status des Völkerrechts im nationalem Recht vorgenommen hat, die Verfahren vor dem ungarischen Verfassungsgerichtshof (VfGH) stellen reale, aber selten verwendete Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung um die Rolle der Völkerrechtsverträge in der Harmonisierung der zwei Rechtsordnungen zu verstärken.
