This study aims to determine the effect of reward and motivation on employee productivity at PT. Sinar Kencana Jaya in Surabaya. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing.The results of this study, the giving of rewards has a significant effect on employee productivity by 42.1%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7,809> 2,000). Motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity by 46.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (8,595> 2,000).
