The Continuous Air monitors are used in the nuclear facilities for ensuring the radiation protection of workers who are likely to be confronted to radioactive aerosols. The CAM behavior are evaluated under IEC normative conditions. In atmospheric conditions as measured in decommissioning nuclear sites, outside of IEC, wrongs CAM behavior are observed.
