Infrastructure KSAs 2022

The National Convergence Technology Center (CTC) Business and Industry Leadership Team (BILT) developed this updated 2022 list of KSAs (knowledge, skills, and abilities) for entry-level IT infrastructure workers. The document contains KSAs that workers will need to know over the course of 12-36 months. The CTC's BILT convenes each May to update this list, which is intended to help faculty align curriculum with workforce needs.Materials also include a template for a KSA invitation script with tips and a template for PowerPoint slides for the BILT Annual KSA Meeting.
