Ground-Water Projects--The primary ground-water project investigations within the Pacific Southwest area would be oriented toward artificial recharge. Purposes of these projects would be to reverse the deleterious effects resulting from over-development of ground water, increase conservation of local and imported water supply, and increase the quantity of ground water available for use.
