Presidential Statement on Agreement With Mexico to Resolve Colorado River Salinity Problems The governments of the United States and Mexico have today approved an agreement reached between the Commissioners of the International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, upon the measures to be undertaken to resolve the salinity problem on the Colorado River.
