PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH CAIR PG-PS MADUKISMO SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGENDALIAN PENCEMARAN LINGKUNGAN DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

In legal research, the writer took the title, PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH CAIR PG-PS MADUKISMO SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGENDALIAN PENCEMARAN LINGKUNGAN DI KABUPATEN BANTUL, and methods of research is empirical legal research. In this legal research to be discussed is the liquid waste management PG-PS Madukismo as environmental pollution control efforts in Bantul and if no problems were encountered in the management of wastewater PG-PS Madukismo as environmental pollution control efforts in Bantul. Based on the data collected in the field and from interviews with the parties concerned that wastewater management is done properly in accordance with the legislation in force, it is evident after PG-PS Madukismo process waste before it is disposed in to the environment. For the constraints faced by the PG-PS Madukismo still difficult to meet the environmental quality standards because it is still plagued with not finding the right method so that the liquid waste from the plant spritus not exceed environmental quality standards set by the government. Based on these results the authors conclude that theliquid waste management PG-PS Madukismo as environmental pollution control efforts in Bantul already implemented and in accordance with the legislation in force. Wastewater management is done by treating the waste before it is disposed in to the environment. It's just that in this case the PG-PS Madukismo still constrained by not finding the right method so that the liquid waste from the plant spritus not exceed environmental quality standards set by the government. The author provides advice for PG-PS Madukismo to continue to increase its efforts in order to obtain the proper method of wastewater plant spritus not exceed environmental quality standards set by the government. For the relevant agencies need for firm action against industries both medium and small dump wastes with out prior processing in accordance with applicable regulations
