This study aims to analyze the level of work ability, job satisfaction, work discipline,and performance of employees in the District of North Lubuklinggau ll. The data collected in this study is primary data. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews.In this study, all employees in the District of North Lubuklinggau II designated as respondentt amounting to as many as 31" people. Because the entire population is used as a unit of the respondents, this study uses census method.
