This study aims to describe job satisfaction, work discipline, and employee performance, as well as examine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, and study which variables have the strongest influence on employee performance. The research population is the employees of PT. Bukit Asam Kreatif totaling 42 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques are interviews and distributing questionnaires. The research analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, scale range and multiple linear regression.
