The dark side of management, causing mobbing situations, recognizing and dealing with them

In the world there are many books explaining the way how to become successful, and quite a few books that will teach you how to recognize bad managers, how to avoid cooperating with them and how best to confront. Bad (quasi) managers create unpleasant situations, the employee’s fear them and they make them un-interested for work by killing their motivation, suffocating their creativity, reducing their daily working potential, which results in low work outcomes. In work organization that is dominated by the dark side of the management, reigns dissatisfaction, poor communication, disrespect, intrigues and perfidious games by the quasi managers. Quasi managers cause fear, anxiety, stress, conflict and mobbing situations in the workplace. Given that psychological harassment in the workplace is a negative phenomenon, which at the moment is interesting and takes a swing, many countries are taking legal action against mobbing situation. Only a small number of EU countries have enacted laws that are directly directed towards the prevention of this phenomenon. In the Republic of Macedonia is necessary to pass a law on mobbing, following the Sweden example, which is to ensure the protection of employees from psychological harassment in the workplace, will give strength and courage to speak and to face the problems they have at their workplace with their employer as well as with their colleagues.
