This report documents the method for constructing a bilateral trade flow model of the Armington type within the SWOPSIM (Static World Policy Simulation) framework. The logic of the Armington bilateral trade flow model is presented and its paramaterization in SWOPSIM is illustrated. Appendices document recent improvements made in SWOPSIM computer program and procedures including the capacity to generate bilateral trade flow models
