Strahorn U of Arkansas.John Sentman Strahorn, Jr. (1905-1955) taught courses at the University of Arkansas Law School from 1926-1930 as an instructor, assistant professor, and then an associate professor. Before teaching at the U of A Law School, he had earned the LL.B. degree in 1925 from Washington and Lee University and the S.J.D. degree in 1926 from Harvard Law School. "In 1930 he went to Yale University Law School as a Sterling Research Fellow, receiving the J.S.D. degree in 1931, and in the fall of that year he joined the faculty at the University of Maryland School of Law " He was a visiting professor in summer sessions of several university law schools from 1945 through 1950. He contributed to many important law reviews, and he worked hard to help establish the Maryland Law Review and served as the Faculty Editor until he died
