Diferencias de liderazgo en entrenadores de judo a nivel competitivo

In this line of work we analyze the possible differences between trainers of judo belonging to the competitive level of high level judo in function of the characteristics of leadership and in different personal and sport variables. Using a sample of 26 trainers of judo, applying the adjustment of the leadership scale for judo trainers in the version “of the trainers perspective” (LSS-3) together with five evaluated questionnaire in the form of an interview, establishing relationships between the different factors of the questionnaire and the following differences between personal variables and sports of the trainers: “importance given in the judo sport”, “hours dedicated to the training”, “experience”, “technical degree” and sports grade”. As a second objective, we distinguish differences between male trainers and female in function of the profile of leadership and personal variables and mentioned sports. To finalize, we establish possible differences in leadership between trainers in function of the technical degree, belt, sports grade and level of experience. The results show the existence of important relationship between the characteristics leadership, the importance granted to judo as a sport, degree, sports grade, experience and hours dedicated to training. These relationships demonstrate differences depending on the factor, if the factor is positive it does not show significant statistics results. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of the factor autocratic behaviour, constructing the factor with a major number of statistics significant correlations. With relationship of variable sexes, there is no difference statistically significant between the group of male and female trainers. To finalize, it shows statistically significant differences between the factor autocratic behaviour and the technical grade and sports degree, existing a significant relationship with the level of experience. In respect to social support, it is only considered tendency when obtaining the belt or the technical degree.En este trabajo analizamos las posibles diferencias de los entrenadores de judo pertenecientes al ámbito competitivo y de alto rendimiento en función de las características de liderazgo y distintas variables personales y deportivas. Utilizando una muestra de 26 entrenadores de judo y aplicando tanto la adaptación de la Escala de Liderazgo para Entrenadores de Judo versión “percepción de los entrenadores” (LSS-3) como cinco cuestiones evaluadas a modo de entrevista, establecemos relaciones entre los distintos factores del cuestionario y las siguientes variables personales y deportivas de los entrenadores: “Importancia concedida al deporte del judo”, “horas dedicadas al entrenamiento”, “experiencia”, “grado” y “titulación deportiva”. Como segundo objetivo, se establecen diferencias entre los entrenadores hombres y mujeres en función de los perfiles de liderazgo y las variables personales y deportivas comentadas. Por último, se establecen posibles diferencias de liderazgo entre entrenadores en función del grado técnico o cinturón, titulación deportiva y nivel de experiencia. Los resultados muestran como existen importantes relaciones entre las características de liderazgo, la importancia concedida al deporte del judo, grado, titulación deportiva, experiencia y horas dedicadas al entrenamiento. Estas relaciones se muestran diferenciales dependiendo del factor, si bien el factor Feedback Positivo es el único donde no se muestran relaciones estadísticamente significativas. Asimismo, destacamos la importancia del factor Conducta Autocrática, constituyéndose como el factor con un mayor número de correlaciones estadísticamente significativas. Con relación a la variable sexo, no se muestran diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre el grupo entrenadores masculino y femenino. Por último, se muestran diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre el factor Conducta Autocrática y el grado técnico y titulación deportiva, existiendo una tendencia a la significación con relación al nivel de experiencia.
