The study examined the effect of ergonomic factors on employees’ performance in the Nigerian banking sector, using banks in Anambra State, Nigeria as the study area. In investigating the effects of these factors on employees’ performance, we raised a literature review and partitioned it into three main sections of conceptual review, theoretical exposition and empirical review. The study adopted descriptive survey design and the main statistical tool of analysis were Summary Statistics and Chi-Square (c2) test of independence. All tests were conducted at 0.05 level of significance.
