The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between selected reward systems and employees' performance at one of the manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The reward systems included in this study are recognition, bonus, empowerment and promotion. This is a quantitative design research which used questionnaire as research instrument. The population of this study is 85 and the sample size is 75 respondents while the Simple Random Sampling is the sample procedure. Statistical Package for the Social Science\ud (SPSS) version 22.0 was used to analyse the data collected.
