The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between human resource management practises and organizational. A total number 65 respondents were selected from 2 private company sector in Johor Bahru. This study used quantitative method and survey questionnaire with five-point likert scale to collect data needed for this study. Data collected then were analysed by using statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 22. Descriptive statistic was used to explain the demographic background of respondents such as gender, age, status, educational background and length of services.
