This paper examined the relationship between HRM practices and organizational culture in private sector organizations operating in India. Organizational culture has developed in the Indian environment along with global work values. This study is based on a survey of 95 respondents working in two private sector organizations. Although the HRM practices in these organizations differ a lot, there is a significant relationship between HRM practices and organizational culture.Organizational culture, human resource management
